How do I place my order?

Please place your order online HERE. Our orders fill up quickly so we kindly ask that you place your order as far in advance as possible (at least 24-48 hours prior).

How do I receive my order?

Select your preferred pick up date&time on the checkout page.

I can’t find the pick up time I am looking for…

If your desired order time is outside of our reg pick up time, please submit a contact form or add your desired time onto “NOTE” at check out and we would be happy to accommodate your request.

What if I want an order same day?

As we source our ingredients fresh and often there is a limited supply, we cannot guarantee same day orders can be filled. Therefore, we ask you to place your order at least 24-48 hours in advance so we can properly accommodate your request. We also reserve the right to refuse service by law.

For call or walk-in to order: Please call (808)501-7249. Please allow us at least 30 mins or more to fulfill your orders. We might take longer time, depends on the situation. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you do custom orders for special events such as weddings?

Yes, we love to create custom designs and products to help you celebrate milestone moments in your life. Please submit a contact form to get started!

Do you do corporate or wholesale orders?

Do I need to refrigerate my board?

Yes! Think of your board like a cake. Grazing boards that contain meat and cheese should be refrigerated until 30 minutes before serving. They are best enjoyed at room temperature within 1-2 hours outside of refrigeration.

Do you have any gluten free or vegan items?

Yes, gluten free crackers are available to purchase and we currently offer a vegan grazing board option (please email us).

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions.

We are happy to create a custom board that will meet your dietary needs, but please note for food allergies that we cannot guarantee the absence of cross contamination. We are NOT a nut free kitchen.

Please clearly state your allergy or dietary restriction at Checkout under the “Notes” section. You can also submit a contact form to confirm we have received this information.

Cancellations, No Show, and Refunds.

All sales finals. No refund. Store credit may be issued.
